Times and the tools

Prehistoric - Ground minerals, animal fat, paint sticks, shoulder bone for grinding, stone tools for engraving with scratches and pigment on them, hollow bone airbrush, giant sea snail shell mixing pot

Egyptian -  Paint brushes, red blue green yellow white black in palette, palette, ground pigment mixed with gum/animal glue  powders of orpimentred ochre, and malachite. Papyrus? resin/varnish

Medieval - Natural pigments, green yellow red, ultramarine purple, black lead white, pigment and gum arabic or egg white binders, medieval brushes hair etc. quill, old pencil, sheepskin?

Renaissance -

Near Future

Distant future machines vague robotness

Further future automated drawing robot human.
